Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
Sansorrella Kennels reserves the right to vet
prospective homes and may refuse to sell a puppy if they believe that a
prospective home isn’t suitable.
Payment Details:
Deposit/Reservation Fee*
A deposit/reservation fee of £200 is required to reserve a puppy from a
current or planned litter. This can be paid by Cash, Bank Transfer
or Paypal.
This £200 will be deducted from the total cost of the puppy and a
receipt will sent by post confirming the arrangement.
Balance
The balance due is payable by cash on collection of the puppy at 8 weeks
of age or by bank transfer 24 hours prior to collection.
Arrangements can be made to pay by instalments but the full amount must
have been paid by the time the puppy is collected at 8 weeks of age.
No puppy will leave our premises without payment having been received in
full.
With the exception of the deposit/reservation fee and instalment plan,
our terms are strictly cash only. We do not give credit.
A full Receipt and Sales Agreement will be given on collection of the
puppy.
(This Contract can be viewed in full below)
Choosing a Puppy:
Once the litter has been born Sansorrella Kennels will inform
prospective owners who have reserved a puppy and undertakes to create a
unique webpage for the litter, which will be regularly updated with
news, pictures and videos. Prospective owners will be given a direct
link to this webpage and they are welcome to save any of the pictures
for their own records.
Once the litter is 3-4 weeks of age prospective
owners will be invited to visit the litter and to choose and reserve a
particular puppy of their choice.
Where possible invitations will be in the
order the bookings were made.
However, if a puppy buyer is unable view
within a reasonable time it is possible that someone with a later
booking date may view and reserve a puppy before them, unless they have
chosen from the pictures on the webpage and advised us of their choice.
Prospective
puppy buyers may be advised of a particular puppy that would be best
suited to them, but this is purely advisory and not compulsory.
At this time prospective owners can meet
the mother and other pack members.
Refunds:
Deposit/Reservation Fee
Should Sansorrella Kennels not be able to provide
a puppy of the sex, colour or particular description required the
deposit/reservation fee is refundable in full upon request.
Alternatively, the deposit/reservation fee
may be held over to reserve a similar puppy from a future litter.
Cancellation
In the event of the purchaser deciding not to go
ahead with the purchase for any reason and subject to written notice of
cancellation being received by Sansorrella Kennels prior to the litter
being born or within 14 days of the litter being born, 50% of the
deposit/reservation fee will be refunded and 50% will be retained by
Sansorrella Kennels as a handling and administrative fee.
Cancellation after 14 days
In the event of the purchaser cancelling after 14
days of the litter being born Sansorrella Kennels will refund 50% of the
deposit/reservation fee, plus any other monies paid, less deductions for
advertising fees, administration costs or any other costs incurred by
Sansorrella Kennels due to the cancellation.
The refund will only be made after a new
purchaser has been found for the puppy and the transaction completed.
Non-collection of a Puppy at 8 weeks old
In the event of a puppy not being collected at 8
weeks old without good cause or prior arrangements having been made with
Sansorrella Kennels to collect the puppy at a later date, we reserve the
right to sell the puppy to another party.
In this instance a refund of
deposit/reservation fee or any monies paid will be entirely at our
discretion and any expenses incurred by Sansorrella Kennels will be
deducted. Alternatively, if the puppy is still required and
is to be collected at a later date, we will charge board at £10 a day
from 8 weeks of age until the puppy is collected at an agreed date/time.
Returns
If a puppy has been paid for in full and is
returned within 72 hours due to a vet finding a medical problem with the
puppy that hasn’t been caused by accident or injury since leaving our
premises a full refund will be given.
This is in addition to the purchaser’s
statutory rights in order to give reasonable time for the puppy to be
examined by the owner’s veterinary surgeon.
If a puppy is returned within a reasonable period
after 72 hours for any reason we will offer a re-homing service and will
endeavour to find the puppy a suitable home.
Once the puppy has been found a new home a
refund will be given of the amount obtained through the re-homing
process less any expenses incurred by Sansorrella Kennels during this
process.
The welfare of the puppy/dog will always take priority over any monetary
considerations.
If the puppy/dog needs to be re-homed for any
reason at any time during its life it must not be sold, gifted or
re-homed without the knowledge and consent of Sansorrella Kennels.
If appropriate we will assist in finding
the puppy/dog a suitable new home.
Whilst we are available to offer help, advice and
support for the life of the puppy/dog
the new owner is responsible for the care
and welfare of the puppy/dog and must ensure that it is socialised,
trained, well behaved and under full control.
Breeding Restrictions
All puppies are sold primarily as pets and may not
be bred from without prior written consent from Sansorrella Kennels.
Consent
will be subject to satisfactory health tests having been completed and
the dog meeting the criteria required by the Anglo Wulfdog breeding
programme, as well as the owner's suitability as potential breeders.
Litters
must be reared in accordance with the Anglo Wulfdog code of practice and
be registered with the Anglo Wulfdog register and no other organisation
unless written permission has been given under special circumstances.
Export
Puppies can be shipped abroad by special
arrangement. Please ask for details.
Sansorrella Kennels reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions without prior notice. NOTE: As responsible breeders we will not let anyone have more than one puppy at a time. If we are aware that a potential owner already has another puppy of a similar age we reserve the right to refuse to sell them a Sansorrella Anglo Wulfdog puppy. Owners may have an additional puppy from a subsequent litter but it is important to bond with the first puppy and get some basic training in place before getting another puppy. If an owner has two puppies of a similar age they will bond with each other more than with the owner and training will be extremely difficult, if not impossible. The puppies will also form a dependency on each other which can create problems in the future. So please don't ask for more than one puppy or even consider getting a Sansorrella Anglo Wulfdog puppy if you already have or are about to have another puppy of a similar age. Come back later! |
